Turbo Academy is a high level training environment for driven young athletes across Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast, headquartered in Jupiter.


Designed for players who are ready for more than just participation, our program challenges and develops each athlete through high-level coaching, structured training, and a proven pathway for growth.

TURBO Player Pathway

What to Expect


Step 1 — Participate or Tryout


Your child joins a Turbo Grassroots Program (camp, clinic, 3v3, or tournament) or register for a tryout. 


Step 2 — Evaluation

Coaches observe players during training and competition


Step 3 — Invitation

Players who show strong potential receive an official academy invitation


Step 4 — Placement

Invited players are placed on a Turbo team.


Program Philosophy


At Turbo Academy, we believe real player development goes far beyond wins and losses—it’s about building confident, disciplined, and resilient athletes who love the game and pursue excellence in everything they do. Our training prioritizes quality over quantity, maximizing touches, decision-making, and game understanding.

Every session is structured, fast-paced, and competitive—pushing players to think, adapt, and execute under pressure. We don’t just run drills; we develop complete players who can perform in real game situations.

Our pathway is built on long-term development, not shortcuts. Players earn opportunities through attitude, effort, and skillful intelligent play. Movement within the program is fluid, allowing each athlete to be placed in the environment that best supports their growth at any given time.

We value accountability, coachability, and work ethic. Players are expected to show up ready to learn, compete, and improve. In return, we provide high-level coaching, honest feedback, and a culture that supports both individual progression and team success.

Bio

Coach Bryan Meyer brings over two decades of coaching and player development experience to TURBO Soccer Academy. Throughout his career, he has helped guide athletes to the next level—from earning college scholarships to competing on the national stage, including players who have advanced to the U.S. Women’s National Team.


As a Jacksonville University Division I scholarship athlete, Bryan was a two-time A-Sun Champion and two-time NCAA Men's Soccer Tournament participant (2008–2009), later spending time with the Tampa Bay Rowdies before moving into coaching and education at Flagler College.


Known for his ability to connect with players of all ages, Coach Bryan has a unique gift for building confidence, instilling discipline, and bringing out the best in every athlete. His coaching goes far beyond technical skills and game performance—he is deeply committed to developing the whole player, emphasizing character, work ethic, and personal growth both on and off the field.



At TURBO, Coach Bryan creates an environment where players are challenged, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential. His passion for the game and genuine care for each athlete set the standard for what it means to be part of the TURBO family.
