MEET OUR COACHES

Mark Roach began his coaching career in 1998 with San Diego Surf, where he led competitive youth teams including U-14 boys, U-16 girls, and U-18 boys.  These early experiences shaped his philosophy around player development, discipline, teamwork, and creating a positive environment for growth on and off the field.

After moving to Colorado, Coach Roach transitioned to Colorado Arsenal from 2002 to 2007, focusing on technical, tactical, and personal development. From 2007 to 2014, he worked across youth programs from U3–U10, building a strong foundation in early development with an emphasis on fundamentals, movement, ball mastery, confidence, creativity, and a love for the game.

He later coached girls’ teams with Colorado Storm Academy FC (2013–2015), now part of the Colorado Rapids youth system, and continued with competitive boys’ teams (U14, U16) from 2015 to 2018.

Coach Roach holds a USSF C License and an NSCAA Advanced National Diploma. With experience across all developmental stages, he emphasizes fundamentals, creativity, effort, discipline, and sportsmanship, while helping players reach their full potential. He believes soccer is a platform for building character, teamwork, and a lifelong passion for growth and competition.

With over 20 years of playing experience, Coach Mills brings a deep understanding of the game both on and off the field. A two-time state champion, he continued to compete at the collegiate level until an ACL and LCL injury shifted his focus toward coaching.

For the past five years, Coach Mills has coached players across all levels—from youth development to working with current professional athletes—helping them refine technical skills, tactical awareness, and overall performance. Holding a USSF D License, he is committed to developing well-rounded players and fostering a competitive, growth-focused environment.

Coach Niko brings a genuine passion for the game and is committed to developing player's skills, confidence, and love for the game.  With experience coaching youth athletes through Soccer Shots, Jupiter Christian School futsal, and Florida Sports Leagues programs, he has a proven ability to connect with players and foster growth at every level.

Originally from Georgia, Coach Niko grew up playing soccer in Europe and brings that rich background and high-level experience into every session..  He emphasizes strong fundamentals, discipline, and teamwork, while creating a positive, encouraging environment where players can build confidence, develop their skills, and truly enjoy the game.
